Dr. Jeff Mishoe will start 2024-2025, his 26th year in GCISD, as the administrator for VISTA, Discipline Alternative Education Program campus.

Mishoe started his career as a history teacher at Cross Timbers Middle School in 1999. Mishoe served as an assistant principal at Grapevine Middle School from 2007-2011. He has spent the last 13 years as an assistant principal at Heritage Middle School. Dr. Mishoe is excited to help all students at VISTA.

Mishoe holds a B.S. in history from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale and Masters degree in Secondary Education from the University of North Texas. Mishoe earned his PhD in K-16 Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington.
